The hotel is in an extremely convenient area of town, close to the railway station and within walking distance of the city sights. The location couldn't be better for exploring the city.

The hotel's location couldn't have been more perfect, being so close to the train station and within walking distance of the city center. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful, providing travel suggestions and airport transportation. The room was well-equipped with AC, a kettle, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was exceptional with a wide selection, including fresh fruit, cheese, and croissants.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of construction sites in Toulouse also in front of the hotel. Starting next year, it's top.

Phoenicia is small hotel about 200 meters away from the train station. It is excellent to be used as base to visit other towns in Haute Garonne besides the city centre. A metro/bus ticket for three days was excllent to visit all important sights. Quiet and tidy Hotel, very good bathroom. Good sized room for single person.

I wished that the curtains could overlap to shield the night lights better.

Convenient location near transportation and restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was a good value and had a nice selection of fresh food and drink.

The noise level from outside the hotel was somewhat disruptive during the night, particularly for front-facing rooms. there was an additional charge for "city tax", which wasn't entirely clear why it was being added to the room cost.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money this hotel offers. The prices were affordable, especially considering its convenient location close to the railway station and the main area of the city. Being almost directly opposite the train station made it extremely easy for me to explore Toulouse. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the canal added a charming touch to my stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms were just as shown in the pictures.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good, as it was close the the metro, train station and the airport shuttle, and several restaurants and bakeries (relatively) nearby. The hotel is located next to a Strip Club and at the end of the "red light" street but we didn't encounter any unpleasantness or felt unsafe due to this. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor hiccups.

There was a slight miscommunication about the taxi fare to the airport, but it was cleared-up by another staff. The hotel is usually staffed by one person each shift, so we had a bit a of "scare" when we needed to check-out early (6am) to catch the bus to the airport for a morning flight to Paris, but there was no one at the reception and no note/notice. We waited about 25 minutes before the receptionist came back from an errand. Thankfully, he managed to get us a taxi and we made our flight on time. .

I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The room was small but comfortable, with AC and thick curtains for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Florence and Vincent who went the extra mile. The location was perfect, right across the road from the train station and close to the City Center.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Toulouse that was conveniently located very close to the main railway station. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that I felt welcome and attended to throughout my stay. The service they provided was top-notch and I couldn't have asked for more. Additionally, the rooms at this hotel were delightful and matched the pictures exactly. They were clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel was a nice surprise. With a nice variety of options to choose from, it set me up for a great start to my day.
